In the judgment delivered in Umuahia, the state capital, on Friday, the chairman of the three-member Tribunal, Justice H.D.D. Gwada, declared the petition lacked merit.
Meanwhile, as of the time of this report, the Tribunal was poised to render a verdict on the petition submitted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its gubernatorial candidate against Dr. Otti’s electoral triumph in the March 18 election.
