Referencing the Bar Beach Land Reclamation Project, Dangote highlighted how residents of Victoria Island have benefited significantly from Tinubu’s efforts to curb coastal erosion.

“This achievement is among your many legacies, and those of us residing in Victoria Island are truly better off because of it,” Dangote wrote.

He pointed to the 8.5km “Great Wall of Lagos” sea defense system, which has not only protected against ocean surges but also reclaimed over 1,000 hectares of land now used for residential, commercial, and recreational developments.

Both projects, he noted, are being executed by Hitech Construction Company Ltd., a highly regarded engineering firm.
