Dangote Strikes Again! Second Petrol Price Slash Sparks National Buzz
The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has once again lowered the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), popularly known as petrol.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Reports indicate that the new price is now ₦835 per litre, down from ₦865, reflecting a 3.5% reduction. This price cut comes in response to the recent drop in global crude oil prices, which have fallen from over $70 to $64 per barrel in the past weeks.
This latest adjustment follows an earlier reduction from ₦880 to ₦865 per litre. However, marketers reportedly failed to reflect the previous cut in retail prices for consumers.
With its 650,000 barrels-per-day capacity, the Dangote Refinery continues to be a key player in reshaping Nigeria’s energy sector.
