Former Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, recently met with President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja to deliberate on national development and pressing issues concerning Delta State.

The meeting comes weeks after a delegation of Delta APC leaders, led by Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development Festus Keyamo (SAN), visited the President.

Confirming the engagement via his verified social media accounts on Sunday, Omo-Agege shared a photo with President Tinubu and described the discussions as insightful and forward-looking.

“Last night, I had the honor of meeting with His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

“We had a fruitful conversation centered on growth, development, and progress for our nation, with a particular focus on Delta State. I remain optimistic about the future,” Omo-Agege stated.

The 2023 Delta APC governorship candidate has maintained an active political presence, recently embarking on a ‘thanking tour’ across all 25 local government areas of Delta State to appreciate party members for their support in the last election.

His visit to President Tinubu further highlights his continued engagement in both national and state politics, as key figures within the Delta APC camp position themselves for upcoming political developments.
