Ali-Biu emphasized the significance of this appeal in light of the ongoing road rehabilitations and constructions happening across the country as part of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda. He urged the public to maintain the positive momentum by strictly observing all traffic rules and regulations as they enter the new year.

Commending the conduct of most drivers during the recent Christmas celebration, Ali-Biu attributed the minimal rate of road traffic crashes and fatalities to their responsible behavior. However, he cautioned that sustaining such good habits in the new year is crucial to prevent a resurgence of crash situations that could undermine the gains achieved during the special patrol period.The FRSC’s message underscores the importance of responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic regulations for enhanced road safety in the coming year.
