Ifedayo Agoro Fires Back At Critics Dragging Real Warri Pikin And Her Husband

Social media personality and businesswoman Ifedayo Agoro has weighed in on the controversy surrounding comedian Real Warri Pikin and her husband following the comedian’s recent video with music star Timaya.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Agoro questioned the reactions from some social media users who appeared to expect Real Warri Pikin’s husband to publicly condemn his wife or end their marriage over an action they disagreed with.

Agoro said she was particularly concerned by comments describing the comedian’s husband as “weak” or a “simp” simply because he continued to support his wife. She questioned why outsiders believed that a husband should be responsible for punishing or distancing himself from his wife whenever she attracts criticism online.

The businesswoman also criticised individuals who allegedly send private messages to the husbands of successful women, encouraging them to leave their marriages. She argued that such people were making assumptions about relationships they were not part of and could not fully understand.

Agoro said she found it inappropriate for outsiders to tell another person’s spouse to end their marriage, particularly when they had no personal knowledge of what happens within the relationship.

She further questioned what critics hoped to achieve by demanding that a woman suffer consequences for an action they disliked. According to her, some reactions appeared focused on seeing women lose their marriages, withdraw from social media or face public humiliation.

Agoro maintained that people could not determine whether a marriage was successful or whether a husband was unhappy simply because he chose to support his wife publicly. She also challenged the perception that a man who stands by a successful or outspoken woman must be weak.

She argued that successful women can have supportive and fulfilling marriages despite criticism from people outside their relationships, noting that outsiders may not know the role a husband plays privately in his wife’s life.

Agoro concluded by telling social media users that their opinions do not determine the success or failure of another couple’s marriage, describing those who aggressively interfere as “ranting internet strangers” whose opinions do not decide the fate of the relationship.
