Immediate Effect: Appointments Made To Osun State Non-Statutory Boards

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has granted approval for the appointment of members to non-statutory boards, along with chairmen, secretaries, and members of Local Government Education Boards…CONTINUE READING....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

 

 

In a statement released on Thursday, Adeleke mandated that the appointments be immediately enforced.

The governor also urged the newly appointed individuals to meticulously adhere to the principles of the rule of law, due process, and procurement regulations in all their actions.

“The appointments are effective immediately. I urge the new appointees to strictly adhere to the rule of law, due process, and procurement regulations in all their endeavors,” stated Adeleke.

Previously, the governor had appointed chairmen and vice-chairmen for the non-statutory boards, which encompass entities such as Osun State University (UNIOSUN), University of Ilesa (UNILESA).

, Osun State Polytechnic in Iree, Osun State College of Technology in Esa-Oke, Osun State College of Education in Ila-Orangun, Osun State College of Health Technology in Ilesa, as well as various other bodies, including the Local Government Service Commission, Hospital Management Board, Osun State Broadcasting Corporation (OSBC).

Osun State Pilgrim Welfare Board (both Muslim and Christian wings), Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Osun State Council for Art and Culture, Osun State Tourism Board, Osun Internal Revenue Service (OIRS).

and Osun State Water Corporation. Furthermore, the list of Local Government Education Boards for the 30 local governments was also disclosed.
