Imo State Refutes Federal Government’s Allegations Of Establishing New IDP Camp

Emelumba expressed regret that “enemies of Nigeria have distorted harmless information from the National Refugees Commission to incite division among the Igbos and other parts of the country.” He criticized the individual behind the misinformation, describing him as a notorious propagandist known for spreading seditious content from his “hate speech gospel ministry” to stir unrest.

He further stated that the recent allegations aimed to provoke animosity between the Ndigbo and Northerners, attempting to create chaos for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. “This individual is notorious for disseminating hate speeches rooted in ignorance of public politics and current affairs, deliberately twisting information from the Refugees Commission to incite the Igbos against other Nigerians,” Emelumba noted.
