The actor, who has recently shown interest in politics, used the opportunity to urge the Federal Government to intensify efforts in tackling banditry, kidnapping, and other security challenges affecting citizens.

He expressed concern over how insecurity has disrupted daily life, noting that it has even affected his personal freedom to travel by road.

According to him, travelling from Lagos to Imo State by road used to be one of his most enjoyable experiences, but the current security situation has made such journeys dangerous and difficult.

“I used to drive all the way from Lagos to Imo State. That was one of the best journeys of my life,” he said.

“I love road travel, but today I am denied that experience because of insecurity. We are begging the government not to let this situation get worse.

“It could be your children tomorrow. We must stop bandits from taking over our country. If that happens, where will we all work and live?

“Some people can travel abroad and have homes there, but for those of us here, this is our home. We will live here and die here,” he added.
