Jarvis Raises Alarm Over ₦400M Mansion As Peller Reveals Completion Deadline

Nigerian content creator Jarvis has sparked reactions after revealing that the ₦400 million mansion gifted to her husband, Peller, by real estate businessman King Ochacho is yet to be completed.

According to Bush Radio Academy, Jarvis made the disclosure during a livestream with Peller while discussing the progress of the property, which was reportedly presented to the couple during their traditional wedding in Lagos on August 1, 2026.

During the livestream, Jarvis suggested that the mansion was still far from completion. However, Peller disagreed with her assessment and assured her that the property would be completed before the end of the year.

Jarvis appeared to caution Peller against creating excessive expectations about the property, explaining that she was simply trying to manage expectations regarding its completion.

“I’m trying to explain things to you. It’s better to look at it that way so that you won’t be over expectant,” she said.

Peller, however, maintained that work was progressing on the mansion and identified some of the remaining tasks as painting and roofing. He also appeared confident that the project would be completed before December.

The development comes amid renewed attention surrounding Peller’s relationship with King Ochacho and the businessman’s reported support for the young content creator and his family.

Peller had previously spoken about his interactions with King Ochacho’s wife while discussing the billionaire’s support for his son, Iceking, whose music career has continued to attract attention. Peller also disclosed that Iceking had surpassed 186,000 streams on Apple Music.

He further stated that he planned to announce the beneficiaries of King Ochacho’s $1 million giveaway aimed at promoting Iceking’s upcoming album after meeting with the businessman in Abuja.

The latest comments about the mansion have since generated reactions from fans and social media users, with attention focused on when the highly publicised property will finally be completed.
