“I realize that my jokes sometimes demand a higher level of understanding,” said the 33-year-old Anambra-born content creator. “This is why I don’t have as many Nigerian fans. My humor is quite dry and direct, which can be challenging for some to grasp.”

Josh2funny also spoke about his unexpected appearance on “America’s Got Talent” (AGT). He described the opportunity as divinely inspired, revealing that he did not initially apply for the show. “When I first received an email from AGT, I thought it was a scam,” he said. “It was a producer who saw one of my audition videos and invited me to join the show. I didn’t apply myself.”

The comedian performed on AGT in August 2023, presenting unique jokes, including the “fastest rapper in the world,” the “fastest reader in the world,” and the “best magician in the world.”
