This assurance came on Thursday when Mr. Wike, accompanied by key officials, embarked on a tour to inspect some of the abandoned projects scattered around the city. Highlighting the urgency of the projects, the minister also mentioned that the renovation works at the Federal Secretariat would reach completion in a timeframe of seven to eight months.

Expressing his determination to see these projects through, Mr. Wike remarked, “I am not one to offer excuses. I am committed to delivering on these projects to the best of my ability. For projects that the ministry might find challenging, I will not hesitate to seek the intervention of President Bola Tinubu.”

This proactive approach from the FCT Minister underscores the current administration’s commitment to infrastructural development and urban renewal in the nation’s capital.
