The Governor’s spokesperson, Sanusi Bature, issued a statement asserting that the Supreme Court’s judgment was delivered impartially, adhering to principles of equity and fairness. Bature emphasized that Governor Yusuf did not engage in any pre-judgment agreements or conditions with any party, urging the public to disregard the misinformation propagated by those opposed to progress.
Bature’s statement highlighted the landmark nature of the Supreme Court’s decision, emphasizing the justices’ commitment to justice and the preservation of the judiciary’s integrity.
