Okonkwo particularly took issue with President Tinubu for allegedly allowing his children to be placed ahead of Federal Ministers in the order of protocols during a recent visit to Qatar. He condemned this action, suggesting it undermined the dignity of Nigeria’s military personnel.
Regarding appointments, Okonkwo criticized what he perceived as the Tinubu government’s focus not only on individuals from the South West region but specifically on those from the Lagos axis associated with the ‘Jagabanic proteges.’
