The summit will take place at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, from November 13 to 15.
Anticipated to be present are over 2,000 participants, including 72 identified Nigerian Diaspora investors, 196 small business owners, 148 representatives from private sector entities, and 88 public officials from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies. While about 1,250 will join the summit virtually.
Among the notable guests expected at the event are Dr. Benedict Okey Oramah, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the African Export–Import Bank (Afreximbank); Adebayo Olawale Edun, Minister of Finance; Senator John Enoh, Minister of Sports Development; and Dr. Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure, Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory.
Announced by the director-general of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the dignitaries list also includes Amb. Rabiu Dagari, Director-General of the Directorate of Technical Cooperation in Africa (DTCA).
Gana Wakil, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission, and Ms. Adesuwa Ifedi, Africa Senior Vice-President at Heifer International, among others.
The event will spotlight sectors such as agribusiness, technology, education, healthcare, real estate, infrastructure, creative arts, sports, entertainment, energy, mining, and manufacturing, aiming to attract Diaspora investment into the Nigerian economy for national development, according to Dabiri-Erewa.
