Legal Action: Court Mandates Removal Of VeryDarkMan’s Defamatory Video On Femi FalanaA high court in Ikeja, Lagos State, has ordered social media commentator Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, to remove defamatory videos regarding human rights lawyer Femi Falana, SAN.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The court further instructed him to refrain from making any comments about the Falana family in the future. This ruling follows Falana’s indication that he is considering filing a criminal complaint against VeryDarkMan for allegations of him facilitating a pardon for cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.
On September 24, 2024, VeryDarkMan leaked a voice recording of Bobrisky claiming that singer Falz had reached out to him during his six-month imprisonment. In response, the Falana family sent a letter demanding a retraction and an apology from VeryDarkMan within 24 hours.
