In another development, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led Federal Government has reportedly awarded a contract for the renovation of two major Lagos ports — Tin Can and Apapa — to Chagoury Group, a multinational conglomerate led by Lebanese-Nigerian billionaire Gilbert Chagoury.
