Man Remanded For Allegedly Raping Minor

Oke, whose address remains undisclosed, faces charges of rape.

She instructed the police to refer the case file to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal counsel.
Adesina scheduled the next hearing for May 5.
The Prosecutor, Insp Gbemisola Adedeji, informed the court that Oke allegedly committed the offense on March 5, around 1:30 pm, in the vicinity of Oba Abass Secondary School, Ibadan.
Adedeji alleged that the defendant engaged in unlawful sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl (identity withheld) without her consent.
She highlighted that the offense breaches Section 34 of the Oyo State Child
