In all honesty, I believe it may never have been God’s plan for him to become president,” Bwala said. “He has done everything within his power, but he has not succeeded. The 2023 election was his biggest opportunity, and I don’t think he will ever get a chance like that again.”
Bwala, who once served as a spokesperson for Atiku, also ruled out any meaningful future for the opposition coalition aiming to defeat Tinubu in the 2027 elections. He argued that the coalition lacks viable candidates or policy alternatives.
“What I find surprising is that this group of politically displaced individuals has failed to present alternative facts, policies, or programmes,” he stated. “Even during your interview with Peter Obi, it was clear he struggled to directly challenge or disagree with the policies of the current administration.”
