The comment, posted under her update, suggested the award-winning artiste was lowering her standards, a remark Tiwa quickly shut down.

In her response, the singer made it clear that she has outgrown such views, stressing her success and warning the follower against addressing her disrespectfully.

The user, identified as marcussmth04, had written, “Omo Tiwa downgrading herself 😥.”

Firing back, Tiwa replied that her life has progressed far beyond such judgments, noting that she has moved from riding in pickup trucks to flying in private jets, and added that she would not tolerate disrespect.

Meanwhile, in a separate development, Sophia Momodu, the first baby mama of Nigerian music star Davido, has cautioned fans against referring to her as the singer’s wife.

Speaking during an Instagram Live session, Sophia recounted an encounter with a male content creator who publicly addressed her as “OBO’s wife,” a label she said she does not appreciate.

She emphasised the need to respect personal choices and marriages, stating that she has moved on from Davido and urged fans to do the same.
