The reason for the visit, as stated by the commissioner, was to gain insights and knowledge. “Lagos has set a precedent in the field of transportation. The achievements like the blue rail line and the introduction of electric buses are a testament to their outstanding efforts,” said Patricia Igwebuike during her visit.
