Engr Moses Omo-Ikirodah, the PDP certified candidate  for House of Representatives, Etsako Federal Constituency, in the upcoming National Assembly elections, has congratulated High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, founder of DAAR Communications, on his conferment of the Honorary Chieftaincy title LINTU Bachama by the Bachama Kingdom in Numan, Adamawa State.
