He questioned the logic behind the documents, asking whether members were ever issued a “certificate of admission” upon joining the party in the first place.

“A certificate of expulsion is completely unfamiliar to me—this is the first time I’m hearing of such,” Osohua said.

“Those claiming to have issued certificates of expulsion should explain where such authority comes from. What law empowers them? Before any action is taken, there should be legal backing.

“When members joined this party, did they receive a certificate of entrance? I have never heard of expelling someone and then issuing a certificate to validate it,” he added.
