With only a few hours until the 2023 general elections, the Edo North People’s Congress (ENPC), a pan-Afenmai socio-political organisation, met yesterday in Auchi and adopted Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Presidential Candidate, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as Edo North Senatorial Candidate, Sunday Anamero, Peter Akpatason, and Julius Ihonvbere as their sole candidates for  Etsako, Akoko-Edo, and Owan Federal Constituencies.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

This is according to a statement signed on behalf of the group by Dr. Blessing Agbomhere, President of the Edo North People’s Congress, Hon. Hilary Ozogo, Vice President, Mr. Hakeem Zibiri, Secretary, Alhaji Yakubu Musa, Director of Operations, Sunday Ekpetika, Director of Logistics, Mr James Okeati, Director of Finance, Hon. Philip Eguarojie, Director of Mobilization, and 17 others.

They claim that the APC Candidates’ track records and the necessity to create a unifying political front for the Senatorial District’s youth and people were the driving factors in their decision to support them.

They encouraged all eligible voters in Edo North’s Wards and communities to vote for the APC candidates, while expressing their willingness to always stand with the people of the district by ensuring that the candidates keep their electoral pledges after the polls.
