Notably, the dispute over President Tinubu’s credentials from Chicago State University was reignited by Atiku Abubakar, who lodged a petition with the Supreme Court. The petition seeks to disqualify President Tinubu based on alleged discrepancies in his academic records.
Earlier this week, the controversy took a new twist. Olajide Adeniji appeared in a US court, swearing under oath that he was a classmate of President Tinubu at Chicago State University. Furthermore, he claimed to have contested against Tinubu for the presidency of the Accounting Society Club within the Department of Business Administration/Accounting.
