Nurse Wife In Trouble After Husband Uncovers Shocking ₦500,000 School Fee Discrepancy

A lady has shared a story about a nurse who allegedly told her husband that their children’s school fees amounted to ₦800,000, only for the man to later discover that the actual fee was ₦300,000.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the story was shared by an X user identified as @itzchristunique, who claimed that the alleged deception triggered a serious disagreement between the couple.

According to the account, the nurse informed her husband that he was required to pay ₦800,000 for their children’s school fees. Concerned about the amount, the man reportedly pleaded with her to consider transferring the children to a more affordable school.

However, the woman allegedly insisted that the children should remain at their current school despite the high amount she had quoted.

The husband subsequently decided to visit the school himself without informing his wife, reportedly with the intention of withdrawing the children and finding an alternative school.

Upon arriving at the school and making inquiries, he allegedly discovered that the actual school fees were ₦300,000, which was ₦500,000 less than the amount his wife had reportedly told him.

The man reportedly paid the ₦300,000 school fees before returning home.

Following the discovery, the husband allegedly asked his wife to leave the house. The woman reportedly pleaded with him and explained that she had only been attempting a prank she had seen online.

The account has since generated attention, with the incident highlighting the potential consequences of dishonesty over financial matters within a marriage.
