Reports reveal that Eniola, the Special Assistant to the House of Representatives Speaker, Tajudeen Abass, responded to a video on Opeyemi’s page, asking, “Ope, where is your front hair???”

Unhappy with the remark, Opeyemi responded during an Instagram Live session with her followers, expressing that Eniola should have known better, especially as someone who has also faced body-shaming on social media.

According to Opeyemi, it was shocking that Eniola, who has never interacted with her posts before, would leave such a comment. She lashed out, calling the actress-turned-politician an “animal” and accusing her of ignorance, adding that those who consider her a friend should be cautious.

Opeyemi continued, “This livestream is for Eniola Badmus. I’ve decided to stop paying attention to ignorant and malicious people, but I cannot let this go. Social media is full of toxic people, but Eniola, of all people, should know better. You’ve been a target of body-shaming before, yet you have the nerve to come under my video and say something like that. You’ve never supported my posts, never liked my videos, yet you felt the need to body-shame me? For that, I call you an animal.

“You’ve experienced the pain of body-shaming, so what exactly was your comment for? Is this how you see yourself—beautiful? Do you really think beauty is only about physical appearance? You’re ignorant, Eniola. The only thing you’ve revealed with your comment is your ignorance. I feel sorry for the people who consider you a friend.”
