Political Tensions Rise: Charly Boy Predicts Wike’s Future Missteps For Backing Tinubu

Renowned singer and activist, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has labeled the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, as the ‘mistake maker’ of the century. Charly Boy asserted that given Wike’s acknowledgment of numerous errors, he is bound to make yet another by throwing his support behind Bola Tinubu in 2023.

This remark follows Wike’s admission to the people of Rivers State that endorsing Governor Siminalayi Fubara was a mistake, and he is prepared to rectify it at the appropriate juncture. The ongoing feud between Wike and the Rivers State Governor has splintered the state House of Assembly into two factions.

“I want to unequivocally state that in life, mistakes are made. I have made mistakes. I own up to them and ask for forgiveness from God and all of you. However, we will rectify them at the right time,” declared Wike.

Charly Boy took to his social media handle on Tuesday to respond to Wike’s statement. He recounted past instances where he perceived his own support for various figures as mistakes and projected that Wike would soon regret his backing of Tinubu in 2023.
