Taking to his social media platforms, Omokri emphasized that Tinubu’s ability to deliver on true federalism and advocate for state police could be the game-changer for him in the upcoming elections.

He stated, “If Tinubu can deliver true federalism and state police, nothing can stop him in 2027. If he fails to provide it, Nigerians will turn to Waziri Atiku in 2027. And, as long as Peter Obi does not contest again, he can win. However, if Peter Obi contests again, he will split the opposition’s vote and 2027 will end like 2023. God sparing all our lives until then. Life and death being the only things we cannot control.”

In related developments, seasoned economist and Labour Party member, Pat Utomi, disclosed on Sunday that talks regarding a merger between the three presidential candidates from the leading opposition party in the past election – Atiku, Obi, and Kwankwaso – have been finalized. An alliance is expected to be formed with the goal of challenging Tinubu in the upcoming election.
