Addressing attendees at the 2024 Eid Mubarak celebration, themed “Allah will not change the way of the people until they change what is in their heart,” organized by the state’s First Family at Lagos House, Ikeja, the governor, represented by his deputy, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, underscored the need for a shift in mindset among Nigerians. He emphasized that divine intervention would only occur when individuals change their perspectives and speak positively about the nation.
