The incident reportedly occurred in Ekeremor town, Bayelsa State. The court’s decision follows a request by Police Prosecutor ASP Stella A. Jerry-Friday to allow further investigations and the pursuit of six other suspects who remain at large.
The case, referenced as YMC/51C/2025, accuses Morgan of conspiracy, armed robbery, attempted kidnapping, and illegal possession of firearms.

In retaliation, the fleeing suspects reportedly unleashed chaos in the community, opening fire and attacking a filling station, where they allegedly stole ₦400,000. The police have vowed to intensify efforts to apprehend the remaining culprits.
