The development comes amid ongoing criticism from some Nigerians over his perceived support for the Tinubu-led administration.

Obi Cubana was previously named South-East Coordinator of the City Boy Movement, a youth-oriented political advocacy platform promoting the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

At the time of filing this report, the businessman had not issued any official statement explaining the deletion of the posts.

His involvement with the group had recently attracted mixed reactions online, with some Nigerians questioning his public alignment with the administration.

A review of his Instagram page showed that all content related to the political movement had been taken down, though it remains unclear whether this signals a withdrawal from the group or a personal decision to clean up his social media presence.

The City Boy Movement is a youth-focused political advocacy and civic engagement platform established to promote President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and mobilise grassroots support.

The organisation is also involved in youth empowerment initiatives, campus outreach programmes, rallies, and distribution of relief materials and financial support to vulnerable groups across Nigeria.

Despite the growing attention surrounding the development, Obi Cubana has yet to publicly address the reported removal of the posts.
