In the statement, the court refuted the existence of any telephone conversation between the CJN and President Tinubu or the Director General of the Department of State Service (DSS) concerning the PEPC proceedings.

The court urged Nigerians to follow the proceedings of the Presidential Election Petition Court attentively, maintaining enthusiasm and avoiding unnecessary speculation.
