Justice Okoro accused Atiku of pursuing a dual-pronged strategy to unseat Tinubu.

This ruling came in response to a petition by Atiku concerning the process of result collation in the recent presidential election.

Justice Okoro emphasized that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) IREev was not a collation system.

He clarified that INEC conducted elections at polling units, and thus, the cessation of the portal would not halt the collation process.

Furthermore, Okoro pointed out that INEC had the discretion to choose the method for transmitting results.
