High Chief Lucky Ohimai, popularly known as TAREX, has joined millions of Edo indigenes and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in celebrating the resounding victories of Senator-Elect Joseph Ikpea for Edo Central Senatorial District and Hon. Omosede Igbinedion for Ovia Federal Constituency in yesterday’s keenly contested National Assembly bye-elections.

TAREX, who doubles as the Edo State Youth Coordinator for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign, described the victories as “a clear testimony of the APC’s growing dominance in Edo State and a strong signal that the people are fully aligned with the Renewed Hope Agenda.”

According to him, the emphatic endorsement of Ikpea and Omosede at the polls has not only secured quality representation for Edo Central and Ovia but has also set the stage for the benchmark of 1.5 million votes promised by Governor Monday Okpebholo to President Tinubu in 2027.

“This victory is not just about two constituencies—it is about the renewed confidence of our people in the APC. With leaders like Senator-Elect Joseph Ikpea and Hon. Omosede Igbinedion now carrying the banner of the party, Edo is well-positioned to deliver massively for President Tinubu come 2027,” TAREX affirmed.

The business magnate and grassroots mobilizer further stressed that the wins have rekindled the spirit of unity within the APC, noting that Edo youths, under his coordination, are more determined than ever to stand firmly with the party and ensure the historic delivery of 1.5 million votes in the next presidential election.
