The Arewa Youth Consultative Council has strongly condemned the recent airstrike that resulted in the deaths of villagers celebrating Maulud in the Tudun Biri area of Kaduna State. In an open letter addressed to President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, Zaid Ayuba Alhaji, the President of the council, expressed outrage over what he termed an “unforgivable crime against humanity.”
The letter called for an immediate investigation into the incident and demanded disciplinary action against those responsible for the airstrike. Additionally, the Arewa Youth Consultative Council urged compensation for the victims and an authoritative apology for the tragic event.
