With the recent hike in prices of PMS, which has led to a massive outrage amongst Nigerians as seen on the microblogging platform and other social media platforms. “Fuel” and “Protest” are currently trending on Nigeria’s Twitter.
Deji Adeyanju has kicked against the recent fuel hike, calling out both lawmakers of the red and green chamber for receiving billions of naira whereas those who voted for them to enter the red chamber are suffering.
“They are currently buying brand new 2023 cars and giving law makers new houses with over N100bn but they won’t let the poor breathe. Both the APC, PDP & LP are all united in this. No opposition! Increasing fuel price will further destroy the economy and make the Naira worthless”, Deji tweeted
