As disclosed in a post on X, Rinsola is set to collaborate with the leadership of the Ministry of Youth, focusing on the promotion of civic education, political literacy, and the inclusion of marginalized groups.
In a parallel move, Titilope Gbadamosi has been appointed by Tinubu as Special Assistant on the Delivery and Monitoring of Youth Initiatives.
Her role is to formulate effective operational strategies, ensuring that the outcomes of youth initiatives align with the commitments made by Tinubu’s administration to the Nigerian youth.
The presidency confirmed these appointments in statements released on Friday.
Meanwhile, former Niger Delta militant leader, Asari Dokubo, has refuted reports of any discord or rift between himself and President Bola Tinubu.
Dokubo emphasized that his relationship with Tinubu is personal and extends beyond politics. During a meeting with businessman Tein Jack-Rich at his residence in Obuama, Rivers State, Dokubo reaffirmed his loyalty to President Tinubu.
Jack-Rich, in turn, urged Dokubo to steadfastly support Tinubu’s economic agenda for the development of Nigeria, with the Niger Delta region as a significant beneficiary.
