presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and the Labour Party’s Peter Obi, who are contesting the victory of President Bola Tinubu.
Notable figures present at the court include Femi Gbajabiamila, who serves as Tinubu’s Chief of Staff; Abdullahi Ganduje, the APC National Chairman; Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser (NSA), and others.
Atiku is seeking to challenge the verdict of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), which affirmed Tinubu’s win in the presidential election held on February 25th.
The Supreme Court will also review the petitions submitted by Peter Obi and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), all of which challenge the judgment rendered by the PEPC.
