The APC chieftain lamented the slow progress and urged the police to expedite the process, emphasizing her emotional and time investment in seeking justice for the late ‘Beast and Peace’ crooner.
Her post read, “Provide Mohbad for a dignified burial. We are fed up with your negligence and sluggishness. If no one speaks, I will. I have invested too much of my emotions, time, and love to see this Justice go through.
As QM says, give the police more time. Honestly, we have given you all the more time than necessary. This is not the case to be swept under. We want Justice.”
Meanwhile, Naira Marley and show promoter Sam Larry have been released from detention by the Lagos State Police Command after meeting their bail conditions.
The police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed their release, stating on Twitter, “Naira Marley and Sammy Larry, having met their bail conditions, have been released.
A Magistrate’s Court in Yaba, Lagos, had granted them bail on November 6, with conditions including a N20 million bond and three sureties.
