The unfortunate event transpired as Agala exited the Magistrate Court building on Moscow Road, Port Harcourt. Prompt assistance was provided, rushing him to the Police Clinic where he was later pronounced dead.

As of now, the Port Harcourt branch of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has not issued a statement regarding the incident. However, the late lawyer’s friends and colleagues have expressed their grief on social media platforms, mourning the untimely loss of Eze Victor Agala.
