In a viral video from the event, Teni is seen delivering an energetic performance as guests celebrated the occasion.

While performing her hit rendition of the popular Fuji-inspired lyric, “Bobo no go die unless to ba darugbo,” originally associated with Fuji icon Wasiu Ayinde, Teni moved toward a male guest who was filming and visibly enjoying the performance.

The singer then attempted to dance with the man, but the moment was abruptly interrupted when a woman, believed to be his wife, stepped in and stopped the interaction.

Responding lightheartedly, the 33-year-old artiste turned to the audience and said jokingly, “Help me say I am sorry, ma. The owner of the property has claimed the property.”

In other entertainment news, Nigerian singer Spyro has shared his thoughts on why some musicians in the industry end up broke despite achieving financial success.

Speaking at a recent event over the weekend, he discussed how rapid fame can lead to poor financial decisions and unsustainable lifestyles.

According to him, some artistes spend excessively on parties, travel and relationships, particularly with foreign partners, instead of saving or investing wisely.

Spyro added that while enjoying success and being generous is important, reckless spending can ultimately derail long-term financial stability.
