The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, emphasized that even with two centuries at his disposal, he couldn’t resolve all of the challenges plaguing the nation’s capital.
He underscored the concept of governmental continuity, acknowledging that each administration builds upon the efforts of its predecessors. Speaking during the Ministerial Sectoral Updates in Abuja, held to commemorate President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s first year in office, Wike highlighted the need to prioritize completing existing projects over initiating new ones. He was joined by several other ministers, including Senator Atiku Bagudu, Dr. Jamila Ibrahim Bio, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Dr. Mariya Mahmud, Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, and Mr. Ayodele Olawande.
