The governor made these remarks during an interaction with journalists after he inspected the ongoing construction work at the estate, which is situated along Kobape Road in Abeokuta.

Prince Abiodun noted that some of the buildings under construction have already been fully paid for, while partial payments have been made for others. He stressed the importance of accelerating the construction progress to meet the scheduled completion date.

He stated, “Currently, we have almost 200 upcoming buildings. Since my last visit here, many of them have been sold, with some buyers making partial payments and others paying in full.
