In her post, Rita claimed she had remained silent about Linc and Yinka’s marriage because she knew it wouldn’t last, accusing Yinka of forcing herself into Linc’s life. Rita also defended May Edochie, stating she would continue to protect her, especially online, where she believes some people are trying to push May into depression.

Rita condemned Yinka’s alleged online attack on May, including the public release of her phone number, questioning the motive behind such actions.

In response, Yinka fired back, accusing Rita of spreading falsehoods and chasing clout. She warned the actress to stop harassing her or face public exposure.

“Rita Edochie, you are too old to be spreading lies about me. You should be ashamed. Unlike you, I was raised with values, and that’s why I’ve avoided posting anything that could disgrace the man I once loved. Stop chasing clout—you’re too old for that. Focus on your health. This is the final warning: don’t mistake my kindness for weakness. If I hear from you again, I will release something that the entire world will see. Enough of the bullying.”
