Dammy Krane, a Nigerian singer, has criticized Davido for allegedly owing him money.
The musician claimed that the multiple award-winning musician had not yet paid him for their then-hit song, Pere. The musician’s career has since taken a downturn.
He shared a previous tweet from Davido thanking Dammy Krane for writing Pere with him.
“SHOUT-OUT @DAMMY_KRANE !! CO WROTE THE HOOK ON “PERE” WITH ME!!”.
Dammy Krane admitted that despite numerous attempts over the years, the singer never responded to him. He continued by saying that he has no desire to publicly criticize the singer.
“MY BLOODA @DAVIDO RUN THE CHECK. I DON REACH OUT TO PEOPLE OVER THE YEARS BASED ON SPLIT SHEET & OUTSTANDING. NO RESPONSE, WE NO GATS DEY GET THUS CONVO HERE”.
