The family of late Nigerian gospel singer Olayemi Bolaji, popularly known as Toluwanisings, has announced plans to hold a night of tributes and service of songs in honour of the deceased musician.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the programme is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Hall of Grace, Jogor Centre, Ibadan, Oyo State.

In an announcement shared on the late singer’s social media page, the family invited friends, colleagues, fans and sympathisers to gather in remembrance of his life, music and ministry.

The family described Toluwanisings as a beloved brother, friend and gospel minister, calling on those who knew him and appreciated his work to join them in celebrating his legacy.

Beyond the preparations for the memorial programme, the family has also appealed to Nigerians and other well-meaning individuals to provide financial assistance to the singer’s widow and children as they cope with his death.

In a message titled “A Call for Love and Support,” the family urged people to stand by his wife during the difficult period, stressing that every contribution, regardless of its size, would help demonstrate love and compassion.

The family also provided bank account details through which donations could be made and offered prayers for everyone willing to support the bereaved household, asking God to grant them strength and comfort.

Toluwanisings died on October 14, 2026, just hours after ministering at a praise concert organised by fellow gospel singer Bidemi Olaoba in Ibadan.

His death has drawn attention from members of the gospel music community and fans, with the forthcoming night of tributes expected to provide an opportunity for loved ones and admirers to honour his memory and reflect on his contributions to gospel music.
