A 26-year-old man named Franklin Akinyosoye has been apprehended by the Nigeria Police in Ondo town, Ondo State, with human parts. The suspect, who reportedly operated a boutique store in the area, was arrested in the Elewuro area of the community on Sunday.

The alarmed landlord immediately reported the matter to the Funmbi-Fagun Police Station in Ondo, where Akinyosoye is currently undergoing interrogations at the anti-crime section.

During a search of the suspect’s rented apartment, the police found several human parts and other items suspected to be charms and human blood.

Akinyosoye, who claimed to be a “Yahoo boy,” admitted ownership of all the items found in his possession, stating that he obtained them from a herbalist residing in Ikirun, Ifelodun local government area of Osun State.

The Divisional Police Officer in charge of the station mentioned that the matter would be transferred to the Ondo State capital, Akure, once the investigation is completed.

The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Funmi Odunlami, confirmed the incident and revealed that the suspect claimed to be a photographer and boutique owner in Ondo town.
