Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, better known as Peruzzi, a popular singer and DMW signee, has responded to claims that he wrote some of Davido’s songs.
He took to social media in response to a tweet from a fan claiming that the singer was responsible for 80% of his label’s boss, Davido’s, songs.
On Monday, September 12, 2022, Peruzzi released a music video for his hit song, “Hypertension.”
In response to the video, one Twitter user wrote:
“AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO, I AGREE WITH PERUZZI THAT 80% OF DAVIDO’S HIT WAS WRITTEN BY PERUZZI!” BRO, SAME PATTERN!! ”
Peruzzi did not remain silent in his response, challenging the Twitter user to name a Davido song that has the same pattern as “Hypertension.”
“OKAY, NAME 1 DAVIDO SONG WITH THE SAME PATTERN AS “HYPERTENSION,” HE REPLIED. STOP CAPPIN, I WON’T WAIT.”
