Cynthia Falegan, a graduate of Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD), has received admission to pursue a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Toledo (UT), Ohio, USA, despite not holding a Master’s Degree. This achievement was confirmed in a statement by ABUAD’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Femi Olofintila, referencing a March 20, 2024, letter from Dr. Daniel J. Hammel, Acting Vice Provost for Graduate Affairs at UT, congratulating Falegan on her well-deserved admission.
Dr. Hammel expressed satisfaction in offering Falegan admission to UT’s Chemical Engineering Ph.D. program within the College of Engineering for the fall 2024 term, stating, “We are pleased to offer you admission to The University of Toledo’s Engineering (Ph.D.) Chemical Engineering programme in the College of Engineering for the fall 2024 term. We look forward to meeting you.”
